Supplementary Exposition Establishing the Esoteric Blueprint and Sacred Architecture of the Chant Before chanting the 1,000 names, the text establishes a precise spiritual and technical architecture. These structural verses define the source, the seer, and the divine energy behind the chant: Attributes - The Transition to the Names  यानि नामानि गौणानि विख्यातानि महात्मनः । ऋषिभिः परिगीतानि तानि वक्ष्यामि भूतये ॥ yāni nāmāni gau ṇ āni vikhyātāni mahātmana ḥ | ṛṣ ibhi ḥ parigītāni tāni vak ṣ yāmi bhūtayē || The word Gau ṇ āni is crucial here. In Dvaita Vedanta, it does not mean "secondary" or "inferior." It means "names based on real attributes ( Gunas )" .
